Very clean and very spacious place with a great golf course view and a nice balcony to relax on. The location was convenient, quiet, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities within a short driving distance, which made the stay very enjoyable overall. That said, next time I would probably choose a townhouse or single-family home instead of a condo/apartment setting. I also did not like the 10:00 AM checkout time, especially since there are better options nearby with more flexible checkout policies. Overall, still a good stay with some positives.
Margarette was very accommodative and considerate of our request. Her instructions for locations and other details were clear and on time leaving very little room for otherwise seeking clarity. This made us very confident and relaxed. I would recommend to others
The condo was nice and clean. We did have issues with the lock. We called and the owner did a face time call and we were able to understand it. We have the same lock but this one worked differently. I will say even after further instructions it took a few times to open and lock the door several times when we were ready to go or enter. The lock needs attention and tightening. Overall, it met our expectations, we left early and came late due to our focus being Universal and Disney. I do have to say I was disappointed with the stained carpets in the bedrooms and the rusted drain in one of the bathroom showers which also had a very slow drain. It’s an older property but it met our needs.
