Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for the family getaway to Disney with tons of space and beds.
The home itself is absolutely beautiful and very spacious—perfect for large groups. However, our overall experience was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we arrived, we were initially given the wrong entry code and had to wait about 30 minutes outside in the heat before gaining access. While the host did respond quickly, it was still an inconvenience after traveling. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home was not acceptable. The linens were dirty, the floors were visibly unclean, and the dishwasher had a strong odor. The pool was also not clean upon arrival. After two nights, one of my cousins felt something in the bed, and when we removed all the covers, we found two pairs of dirty socks and underwear inside the bed—very concerning and unacceptable. There were also major maintenance issues. There was no hot water in any of the bathroom sinks, only cold. The shower curtain had a heavy film buildup, and the grill provided was very small fo
