This was a beautiful home; however, the carpet desperately needs to be removed or cleaned. Please take this into consideration for people with small children. There was also mold on one of the shower curtains and water damage to the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. There were also several rooms without the flat sheets on the bedding. A touch up paint job would also help this home to be even more amazing. We also had a hard time operating the projector in the movie room. We also had an issue with ants in the kitchen and at the entryway. We were never able to use the keypad to enter the home which resulted in us having to use the lockbox key. The puck for the air hockey game was missing and the game console did not work which really disappointed the kids who were wanting to capitalize on the game room. A little more TLC would make this home any family’s Airbnb dream come true so please consider inspecting it yourself because the clean up crew is not really cleaning.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful and very spacious—perfect for large groups. However, our overall experience was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we arrived, we were initially given the wrong entry code and had to wait about 30 minutes outside in the heat before gaining access. While the host did respond quickly, it was still an inconvenience after traveling. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home was not acceptable. The linens were dirty, the floors were visibly unclean, and the dishwasher had a strong odor. The pool was also not clean upon arrival. After two nights, one of my cousins felt something in the bed, and when we removed all the covers, we found two pairs of dirty socks and underwear inside the bed—very concerning and unacceptable. There were also major maintenance issues. There was no hot water in any of the bathroom sinks, only cold. The shower curtain had a heavy film buildup, and the grill provided was very small fo
